I designed this for my mum for Christmas. It shows a tiger quoll. I also added in some stars and the moon because tiger quolls are nocturnal.  It is made using filet crochet. You will need 8 ply wool (the colour is up to you) and a 4 mm hook. The finished shawl measures 1 m x 43 cm. The pattern photo on this page isn’t very big because I have trouble uploading large photos onto this website. I have put a better photo on Ravelry. The lines at the top and bottom of the pattern show the edge of the shawl (it starts two rows before the bottom of the first star and ends two rows after the top of the last star).
